Hello,
The Adult Ministry has been having a blast this summer, and I have been loving every minute of it!
We ate at over 6 local restaurants (including some wonderful pubs) for Chat & Chew, crafted at Sharon’s, enjoyed beautiful Music in Swan Park, celebrated birthdays, and visited the Farm with Kathy and Dave.
I even spent an unforgettable week at Lake Lucerne chasing a life-long dream of being a camp counselor. I joined three other adults and four youth from Trinity for St. Paul’s Church Camp, a camp started by Selma Taylor (Pastor Eric’s grandma) 46 years ago! It was a truly amazing experience and I could talk about it for hours.
Please stop into Cozy Corner in a few weeks and I will gladly share my photo album and stories with you about camp or any of the fun experiences we’ve been having in the Adult Ministry.

Prayer & Share
Tuesdays at 11:00am
During Prayer and Share, we lift up prayers and share stories and memories. Bring and share a devotion that made you smile or touched your heart. Our discussion is guided by a facilitator each week. Everyone is welcome to participate! No reading materials are needed, and you can join us each week or whenever time permits.

Thursday Devotions
Thursdays at 2:00pm
We are reading Disciplines, a daily devotional for 2022 from The Upper Room. Join us whenever you can on Thursday afternoons as we review and discuss what we have read during the last seven days. A Daily Devotional is available for purchase for $12 in the Church Office. Leader: Deb Paul

Join the Adult Ministry for lunch at an area restaurant on the fourth Tuesday of each month and sometimes other dates for special events. Everyone pays their own way, so order whatever you'd like! We go to a wide variety of restaurants, so if you have a favorite, just let Deb know!

Each month we send a crew to visit the homes and facilities of our 90+ members who have birthdays. Our greeters carry beautiful signs and shower our friends with love and care in celebration of their special day!

In addition to our personal crafts, we also take time to work together on projects that benefit those in need in our community and beyond.
We are planning to offer instructions on new craft projects each month. Example: Creating Ribbon Angels, Giving Plates, and new ways to use the looms.

You are invited to worship at Charleston House Assisted Living on Sundays via live stream. Our members at Charleston House always enjoying seeing their church family, and its always a treat when you drop in. Oh... and their cushioned media chairs are more comfortable than our pews!
