Hello!
Welcome to the first edition of the Adult Ministry & Cozy Corner newsletter! This will be a monthly email from me via Flocknote updating you on the many ministries and programs offered by Trinity's Adult Ministry.
I want to start out by thanking all of the volunteers who helped out in the last month or so to make everything we do possible! Many eggs were filled, cans collected, and crafts made - all because of your support!

Prayer & Share
Tuesdays at 11:00am
During Prayer and Share, we lift up prayers and share stories and memories. Our discussion is guided by a facilitator each week. Everyone is welcome to participate! No reading materials are needed, and you can join us each week or whenever time permits.

Join Sally Cupery for this six-week study as we follow the journeys of Paul, beginning with his dramatic conversion, as he spread the Gospel through modern-day Greece and Turkey. Travel to the early church sites and explore Paul’s conversations with the Romans, Corinthians, Galatians, Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, and Thessalonians. You are invited to experience faith through Christ’s greatest teacher and missionary.
Thursday Devotions
Thursdays at 2:00pm
We are reading Disciplines, a daily devotional for 2022 from The Upper Room. Join us anytime on Thursday afternoons as we review and discuss what we have read during the last 7 days. A supply is available for purchase for $12 in Cozy Corner.
All of our study groups are meeting in-person in Cozy Corner and online via Zoom.
Choose which option is best for you! Each group uses the same link, which you can access via the button below. Contact Deb Paul if you would like to be included in a weekly reminder email with the Zoom link.
Join the Adult Ministry for lunch at an area restaurant on the fourth Tuesday of each month! Everyone pays their own way, so order whatever you'd like! We go to a wide variety of restaurants, so if you have a favorite, just let Deb know!

You're invited to bring your own crafting projects as we spend time together in Cozy Corner. There's no need to be present every week. Join whenever your schedule allows!
NIkki and the ladies continue to discover new ways to use the loom. There are always cookies, coffee and conversation.
Nikki, Sharon and Sally have been also teaching some new stitches and other ways to use the looms for those that are interested.

On the third Thursday of each month, we'll work together on a community project downstairs in Fellowship Hall. Our project for the month of May will be Blankets.

Worship at Beaver Dam Assisted Living
Sundays at 9:00am
We are so happy to be able to offer the live stream at Beaver Dam Assisted Living (formerly Charleston House) at 104 Fakes Court. We are looking for volunteers that would like to be part of this 2nd Ministry Site. We will arrive by 9:00am and gather together our members and any of their guests in the Media Room. The sacrament of Holy Communion will be offered on the first Sunday of the month. If someone you love lives at Beaver Dam Assisted Living, let them know about this new opportunity! Join the excitement in extending the love and hospitality of the congregation beyond the walls of the church building.
Playing Hand & Foot
Wednesdays at 1:00pm (beginning May 4th)
Join Nancy Welsch in Cozy Corner as we play card games together. Bring your favorite snacks and be prepared to share lots of laughs and even learn a few new card tips.
Spring Paint Night
Friday, May 6 at 5:30pm
Create your own personalized spring decor on a window frame, screen, or a canvas using paint. Artist and educator, Dianne Holland from Art on a Whim will be there to guide you from start to finish. By evening's end, you'll not only have a beautiful spring piece of art, you'll have enjoyed an evening out with friends and family, too.

Cost depends on the materials you're using:
- $15.00 for a 12” x 16” canvas
- $25.00 to paint on screens or windows:
- Windows: 29”x21” to 59” x 30”
- Screens: 22” x 33” and 24” x 5’1”
- $20.00 to bring your own window or screen frame
A free activity for young children will also be available.
Space is limited to 20 participants.

Sheriff Dale Schmidt will be our guest speaker. He will be sharing information regarding the various scams that have been happening in our community. Join us in person or on Zoom.
Music In The Park

Join your friends from Trinity at Swan City Park for an evening of music in the Band Shell.

Growing Butterflies in Cozy Corner
We recently purchased caterpillars and watched them become chrysalides. Sometime soon they will emerge from the chrysalides and become painted lady butterflies. We have been sharing this experience with the children across the hall, in Head Start. We are waiting for the day they are able to be released outside and fly away. The children have been so excited watching this process and cannot wait to see them turn into Butterflies.
